Each lighter is presented in a black velour hinged gift box and is supplied with an original owner's lifetime warranty against mechanical faults.
Please note that high polished Sterling Silver lighters scratch very easily, due to the nature of the metal. The lighters often have scratches on them before reaching our customers, which occur during the manufacturing process. If you request an engraving on the Zippo, we unfortunately cannot refund or replace the lighter if it is no longer required.
